Absolutely. Every purchase comes with a detailed, GST-compliant invoice, including an itemized breakdown of materials and costs, ensuring complete transparency.
We maintain detailed records of all transactions. If you need past invoices or accountstatements, just drop us an email, and we’ll send them over.

We’ve streamlined material procurement into six simple steps:
- Send us your material request via email, WhatsApp, or our platform.
- Get a quotation & price-lock option (for eligible clients).
- Confirm your order with 100% advance payment .
- We source your materials from verified suppliers.
- Track your order in real time as it moves through logistics.
- Receive your materials with a GST invoice for documentation.
Delivery timelines depend on the material and supplier availability. Here’s a general estimate:
● TMT Steel: 2-3 days
● Sanitaryware: 14-21 days (subject to stock availability)
● Cement: 2-3 days
● Electrical items: 2-3 days
● Paint: 2-3 days
For bulk or custom orders, we recommend placing requests well in advance.
We can only make changes or cancellations before procurement starts. Once the order is confirmed and materials are sourced, modifications may not be possible. If you need adjustments, let us know at the earliest!
